Which payment methods does Weddybird support?
We currently offer the following payment options:

Bank transfer
If you pay with PayPal or credit card, your upgrade will be activated automatically once the online payment process is complete.
If you pay by bank transfer, your upgrade will be activated as soon as we receive the full payment. Instant bank transfer is your best bet here. Then activation usually happens within just a few minutes.
Is there a free trial?
You can try Weddybird completely risk-free for 14 days. If you’re not happy, you can cancel your booking within 14 days, no questions asked. A quick email is all it takes, and we’ll refund your payment. You can find more information here.
Does the upgrade renew automatically?
No, never. Your upgrade automatically ends when your booked term is over. We’ll email you in plenty of time before it expires in case you’d like to extend it. The choice is yours. There’s no hidden subscription.
How long do the packages last?
Depending on the term you choose, your package is valid for 1 to 3 years and will not renew automatically. The term always starts once Weddybird receives your payment and ends automatically when it expires. There’s no hidden subscription.
Can I choose a different subscription length?
Right now, we only offer terms of 1, 2, or 3 years.
You can also extend the Premium package by 6 months after your initial purchase.
Can we set up our wedding website before all the details are finalized?
Yes, that’s exactly what Weddybird is perfect for.
You can create your wedding website early on as a save the date or first announcement, then add to it step by step later. Details like the schedule, locations, accommodations, or RSVP can be added or updated anytime. Your guests will automatically always see the latest version, without you having to send new invitations.
